SeaTech Expansion & Seawall Replacement
Overview
¼ø»Æʦapp (¼ø»Æʦapp) is seeking expand the SeaTech campus located in The City of Dania Beach which houses their Ocean, Mechanical and Environmental Engineering Departments. This expansion will be done on property that ¼ø»Æʦapp leases from The City of Dania Beach. Gold Caliber Engineering (GCE) has been tasked with repairing the failing seawall and adding a new facility to the empty parcel of land west of the existing campus.

Community Benefit
This development will help to enhance ¼ø»Æʦapp's Ocean, Mechanical and Environmental Engineering Departments. This program will help to attract future ¼ø»Æʦapp that are interested in these areas of engineering. Currently ¼ø»Æʦapp, University of Miami, and Florida Institute of Technology are the only schools in South Florida that offers Ocean Engineering. The goal is to make ¼ø»Æʦapp the premier route to a career in this field.
