FSL Ambassadors

Six FS Life ¼ø»Æʦapp sitting at a table/booth

The purpose of the Fraternity & Sorority Life Ambassador Program is to:

  • Encourage unaffiliated ¼ø»Æʦapp to explore membership in a fraternity or sorority at ¼ø»Æʦapp.
  • Share accurate and accessible information with incoming ¼ø»Æʦapp and families about fraternity and sorority life, including the recruitment and intake processes.
  • Highlight the personal, academic, leadership, and community benefits of membership while helping challenge common misconceptions and negative stereotypes.

The Fraternity & Sorority Life Ambassador Program is currently undergoing a significant redesign to better support the educational needs of the ¼ø»Æʦapp community. FSL Ambassadors are governing council officers, chapter executive board members, and general community members who are committed to educating prospective members, ¼ø»Æʦapp, families, and campus partners about the benefits, impact, and long-term value of fraternity and sorority membership. We belive in peer-to-peer education and student led advocacy.Ìý

Ambassadors are selected through a competitive application and training process and represent some of the strongest student leaders within the fraternity and sorority community. Participants must be second-year ¼ø»Æʦapp or above and are prepared to share accurate information, answer questions, challenge common misconceptions, and help others better understand the fraternity and sorority experience at Florida Atlantic.
