Mission Statement:

To increase academic and emotional fulfillment through the development of positive relationships created by a formulated campus mentorship program.

Create a campus environment where all ��ʦapp can confidently state who their mentor is and how mentoring has contributed to their growth and success.

To connect ��ʦapp with mentors (faculty, staff, graduate ��ʦapp, or peers) or peer coaches
To facilitate strong mentoring and coaching relationships by providing training, on-going support, and opportunities to interact with other mentors and ��ʦapp
To increase the academic progress, retention and graduation rates of mentored ��ʦapp
To connect ��ʦapp with appropriate resources and opportunities
To build a culture of mentoring at ��ʦapp by supporting and promoting programs represented on ��ʦapp's Mentoring Council
