Welcome to the Professional English Language Support Program
The Professional English Language Support (PELS)鈥檚 mission is to provide resources and instruction to help all 鉴黄师app, including domestic and international multilingual and multidialectal 鉴黄师app, attain their academic and professional goals by enhancing their writing and speaking skills and to provide faculty with support specific to teaching professional English writing.听
The PELS Program offers free 10-week courses, workshops, support materials, and faculty engagement.
PELS:
- Values听all 鉴黄师app in our diverse community and establishes points of contact across cultures
- Serves听the professional and academic needs of graduate and undergraduate 鉴黄师app across different fields of study
- Prepares听鉴黄师app to be valuable members of the workforce and larger society
- Promotes听critical language awareness听
