Non-degree-seeking
ʦapp at ʦapp are those who wish to enroll for courses but do not intend to earn a degree from ʦapp.
Incoming transient ʦapp are ʦapp that are seeking a degree at another Florida public institution and would like to take courses at ʦapp on a temporary basis.
Outgoing transient ʦapp are ʦapp who are degree-seeking at ʦapp and would like to take courses at another Florida public institution on a temporary basis
Adults who are 60 years of age or older and are permanent residents of Florida who are looking to audit certain courses at ʦapp tuition-free.
Eligible high school ʦapp who are looking to earn credit toward high school graduation and future college degree programs.
Important Information to Know
- Registration is on a space-available basis during regular and late registration periods, as listed in the University’s .
- Students must submit a accompanied by a $30 non-refundable and non-transferable fee. Dual Enrollment and ʦapp High ʦapp are exempt from paying the $30 non-refundable fee
- Undergraduate non-degree applicants must have earned a minimum of a high school diploma in order to be admitted in a non-degree status.
- Graduate non-degree applicants must have earned a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in order to be admitted in a non-degree status.
- Students in a non-degree-seeking status are not eligible for financial aid.
- Students who have been denied admission to ʦapp as degree-seeking undergraduates must wait three semesters before they are eligible to register as non-degree-seeking ʦapp.
- Non-degree ʦapp who have not enrolled at ʦapp for three or more consecutive semesters must submit a new Non-Degree Enrollment application, a new Non-Degree Residency application and supporting documentation as noted above accompanied by a $30 non-refundable, non-transferable application fee.
Non-degree residency information
All non-degree applicants must complete the Residency Classification for Tuition Purposes affidavit through and submit the required documentation, regardless of the duration of their presence in Florida. Incomplete, unsigned or blank forms will result in the classification of “Non-Florida Resident” status for tuition purposes until the documentation has been provided, reviewed and approved by the Residency Officer.
