Student Government Research Poster Printing Service

Research Poster Printing is a supplemental service provided to ¼ø»Æʦapp undergraduate, graduate, and professional ¼ø»Æʦapp presenting research on campus or at conferences. This service does not include project assignment poster printing due for ¼ø»Æʦapp classwork. 

Please note that Student Government cannot alter poster printing service submissions. Each ¼ø»Æʦapp student is responsible for the format and layout of each poster.

Terms and Conditions

  • Posters will only be printed for research that is to be presented (at a conference, Undergraduate Research Day, etc...). 

  • SG will not edit your posters.  The file that is submitted is the file that is printed.

  • Only 2 posters will be printed per student each semester.

  • Poster files must be submitted at least five (5) business days in advance.

How to Request Poster Printing Service

    2. Each student must ensure one uploaded a copy of the file to generate the poster.

    3. Student Government Office will contact each student within 24 hours confirming receipt of one's request.

    4. Student Government Office will notify the student when one's poster is ready for pick up.

Acceptable  Formats for Print Jobs

PDF files formatted in one of the following sizes are acceptable formats for print request:

  • 36"W X 24"L
  • 36"W X 48"L

Please note Student Government will not reformat or edit a student's work.  Student Government Office prints as requests are received are submitted.

Student Government provides poster printing to ¼ø»Æʦapp Faculty and Staff for ¼ø»Æʦapp purposes. Faculty and Staff must submit the Poster Printing Form at least five (5) business days in advance. The requester must provide the appropriate ¼ø»Æʦapp SMART TAG to charge $25 Fee per one (1) poster. The total charge per term will be billed at the end of each term, i.e. My department printed four (4) posters in Fall 2017, and my department will be invoiced and charged $100.00 for the print services by ¼ø»Æʦapp Student Government in January 2018. Beginning January 2018, all requests must be submitted via  in order for the posters to be printed.
