Educate Tomorrow
Educate Tomorrow at ¼ø»ÆÊ¦app (ET @ ¼ø»ÆÊ¦app) is a part of the First Year Experience (FYE) at ¼ø»ÆÊ¦app. It is a comprehensive program designed specifically for ¼ø»ÆÊ¦app who have experienced foster care or homelessness. The program mirrors what is available for all ¼ø»ÆÊ¦app but takes into consideration their unique experiences and support needs. Ìý The program provides ¼ø»ÆÊ¦app with wrap-around services from admission to graduation, with a goal of creating a strong foundation of support, academic coaching, career advising, and access to services on and off campus.
Through collaboration with campus and community partners, the Educate Tomorrow at ¼ø»ÆÊ¦app Program offers the following services to ¼ø»ÆÊ¦app:
- Referral to the Mentoring Project (learn more)
- Referral to FREE campus tutoring (learn more)
- Referral to campus engagement opportunities, such as First Gen (learn more)
- Referral to campus resources such as Student Health Services,Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS),Financial Aid, and the Career Center
- Student advocacy and assistance throughout your time at ¼ø»ÆÊ¦app
- Independent living skills activities
- Opportunities to get involved on campus ()
