Biography

Dr. Salinas is a professor in the Educational Leadership and Research Methodology Department at ����ʦapp. His research promotes access in higher education and explores the social and political context of education opportunities in higher education. Editor of the . He has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles, co-edited 6 books, and over 27 book chapters. He has received over 30 international and national awards for his commitment to higher education. His research has been featured on CNN, NPR, Telemundo, and Good Morning America.
