The Department of Psychology at ¼ø»Æʦapp offers graduate training through two programs:
Our graduate training programs emphasize independent, mentor-guided research, and coursework that provides a broad knowledge of psychology, and includes training in basic and advanced experimental design. Our graduate ¼ø»Æʦapp have obtained postdoctoral positions and tenure-track faculty appointments at major universities across the country.
Our faculty conduct research in four core areas of Psychology: Behavioral Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology & Cognitive Neuroscience, Developmental, and Social/Personality Psychology.

Please note that the Department of Psychology at ¼ø»Æʦapp doesÌý notÌý offer graduate studies in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, but rather we offer basic experimental training that provides the foundation for a career in academia or industry and may facilitate entry into applied Ph.D. programs.
